General Information

RESERVATIONS:

  1. Paid Reservations are REQUIRED.
  2. Effective June 1 2007 PREPAID RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. SEATING WITHOUT A PREPAID RESERVATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

    THIS IS NECESSARY TO ASSURE SEATING AT EACH OF OUR LOCATIONS, We appologize for the inconcenience.
  3. Our Customer Service Agents are available to make reservations by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  4. Reservations can be made on our web site until 12:00 AM (midnight) the day before your trip.
  5. Reservations can be cancelled including a full refund by the cutoff times above.

PAYMENT:

  1. Payment is made in advance by credit card when you make your reservation

BAGGAGE LIMIT:

2 bags plus 2 carry-on per person please. Additional bags are $10 each.

PETS:

$10 each - Pets must be in hard airline approved carrier and will be placed in the luggage compartment on the bus. No animals in passenger compartment except seeing eye dogs.

CHILDREN:

Children 12 & under ride free (Limit 2 per full fare adult). Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult.

DELAYS:

Hut is not responsible for missed flights for any reason. We will do our very best to get you to your destination on time, however severe weather and traffic problems can cause delays so please give yourself plenty of time.

Airport INFORMATION:

Our pick-up location at PDX is on the baggage claim level in front of the terminal next to the information booth on the 2nd roadway out.
